Delivery Times
When you select a product, it is very important that you look at the delivery date that we indicate on the option "add to order" since depending on the product and the time you make the purchase, the procedures may take between 24 and 48 hours.
In the case of selecting products with different reception dates, your order may consist of more than one shipment (check geozone).
Direct stock
We designate direct stock to the products that we have in our main warehouse available for immediate delivery.
Indirect Stock
We call indirect stock to products that are not available in our main warehouse but in a secondary one. These products must be sent to our main warehouse in order to be released.
If you make your purchase before 12:00 hours, we will receive your products the next day. If, on the other hand, you place your order after 12 hours, your products will arrive in 48 hours.
The products are grouped according to their delivery date, forming shipments within the same order. They will be sent independently if the sum of the products of each shipment amounts to the minimum amount to access free shipping (see conditions: shipping costs). Otherwise, all products will be shipped together according to the higher delivery time.
Every time a shipment leaves our facilities, we will notify you by email. If, for example, your order has two shipments, you will receive two emails, the first notifying that shipment 1 of 2 has been sent and the second when shipment 2 of 2 has left our facilities.
It is from this moment when the delivery period begins to count.
If you are not at home, the logistics company will leave a receipt for the attempted delivery or will notify you by SMS so that you can contact the nearest delegation and agree on a delivery time.
Finally you will receive your order at the agreed place of delivery.
* The cities of Ceuta and Melilla are excluded as shipping areas for our products.

Peninsula
In Peninsula we work with:
- CTT EXPRESS: orders confirmed with this company before 5:00 p.m. (on a business day), will arrive at their destination before 8:00 p.m. the next day from Monday to Friday, except holidays and locations with mileage.
Depending on the warehouse from which the order is sent, the delivery time may vary.
Several options can be given:
The purchased material corresponds entirely to direct stock, so you will receive your order in 24 hours as long as you meet the conditions described above.
The purchased material corresponds to indirect stock, so you will receive the order in 48-72 hours.
The order contains direct and indirect stock products. In this case, two options can be given as indicated above. The products are grouped according to their delivery date, forming shipments within the same order. In the Balearic Islands we work with:
- CTT EXPRESS: orders that are confirmed with this company before 5:00 p.m. (on a business day), have a delivery time of 48 hours (Mallorca) or 72 hours (Ibiza, Menorca, Formentera and Mahon) and will arrive to your destination from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday except holidays.
Depending on the warehouse from which the order is sent, the delivery time may vary.
